EXPERIENCE

Paul Snisky is a seasoned consultant currently working with D. R. Payne & Associates, Inc., and Business Valuators & Appraisers, L.L.C., an affiliate firm. These firms, based in Oklahoma City, serve clients across the United States. They offer a comprehensive suite of services, including business strategy and family/business financial planning, corporate restructuring and refinancing advice, tax planning and representation, damage assessments, litigation and forensic accounting, reorganization and insolvency accounting, business valuations, asset appraisals, business brokerage, transactional assistance, due diligence, turnaround and interim management, as well as court-appointed oversight and regulatory assistance.

Before his current roles, Paul worked at Scouler & Company, an award-winning financial consulting, restructuring, crisis management, and transaction services firm. There, he was Head of Business Development, gaining over 16 years of experience in the corporate restructuring industry and more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial services sector. Paul’s extensive network includes over 4,000 industry contacts, including creditors, law firms, private equity, and debtors. His responsibilities encompassed branding, sourcing opportunities, developing marketing materials, customizing and developing CRM systems, and expanding market relationships.

  • Energy Conversion Devices: Served as Financial Advisor to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for this solar panel manufacturer.
  • Hawaii Medical Center (HMC): Acted as CRO and Responsible Person, managing the operation of two hospitals in Hawaii.
  • Metal-protected panel and pipe insulation systems: Advised the Board of a fabricator and installer company.
