- Appointed Trustee in Individual Chapter 11 Proceeding and Trustee of E&P Company Operating in the STACK Play of the Anadarko Basin.
State and Federal Receiver
- Serving as State and Federal Receiver for: (i) transmission remanufacturer; (ii) plastics recycler; and (iii) rehabilitation healthcare provider.
Paper Products Mill
- Retained as a loss measurement expert to assess loss of property and income to a Georgia-Pacific operated paper products mill due to an explosion and fire.
Oilfield Services Company
- Retained as Chief Restructuring Officer to an oilfield services company concentrating in the flow back completion process.
Alexander Jones and Free Speech
- Retained as Plan Confirmation Expert in Alexander Jones and Free Speech Systems chapter 11 proceedings pending in Southern District to Texas.

- David Payne, past president and current chairman of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) completes his two year service term and continues to serve on Board of Directors and Certification Committee.

David Payne Annual CRA Conference
- David Payne, State Director for Oklahoma for the Commercial Receivers Association (CRA) will attend and participate in the CRA’s Annual Conference to be held on August 18-21, 2024 in Palm Beach, Florida.
