Young Professionals & Internships

Our practice has historically hired numerous students, interns and new graduates as part of our young professional reach out and development program. Certain young professionals have remained with the Firm (see Chandler Lidia bio) while others have later pursued career paths in our profession including law (Shannon Pearson @ Rosell Love Law) and commercial real property brokerage (Daniel Rivera @ Price Edwards). The Restructuring Advisory
Services (“RAS”) of DRPA’s and BVA’s practice provides young professionals with a unique opportunity for career development as summarized below:

Integration

RAS involves an “integration of skills” from various professional practices areas: (a) Accounting & Finance; (b) Law; (c) Litigation/Contested Matters; and (d) Negotiation/Mediation.

Compounding

RAS matters generate or cause a “compounding of knowledge.”

ACCESS

RAS provides early “access to business leaders/decision makers.”

Compression

RAS will “compress or accelerate career paths” in accounting and finance.

Meaningful

The RAS space will enable an individual or small team of professionals to have a “meaningful impact or high degree of influence on outcomes.”

Variability

RAS provides “variability and a newness of challenge” for each case assignment.”
